EcoIN: E.coli integrated network database

EcoIN, containing nearly 160,000 pairs of interactions between metabolites, genes, reactions and proteins, is by far the most comprehensive database on molecule interactions in E. coli, which integrated from 11 databases and several kinds of papers. EcoIN provides an integrated network, including metabolic network, transcription factor regulation network, sigma factor regulation network, RNA regulation network, leader peptide regulation network, signal transduction network, protein modification network, protein-protein interaction network and chemical-protein interaction network. Users can search the database through the gene id/name, metabolite name or common database identifiers like GeneBank, EcoCyc, Entrez gene, Swiss-Prot and Brenda.
